Delivery & Returns

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. All orders are delivered by MyHermes courier by UK Standard Delivery. Our orders are marked ‘leave with neighbour’ by default. Alternatively, let us know a safe place for the courier to leave your order.  

We aim to process your purchases as soon as we receive them and will ship all orders on the next working day.

If you have not received your order and it has been 5 working days since you received your dispatch email, please get in touch by email. Please confirm your order number and shipping address for us in your email as this will help us track down your order more quickly.

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY  

If you need UK Next Day Delivery, please send us an email and we will do our best to help.

RETURNS

We want you to love the items you purchase from the Calm Mamas Club Shop, however we understand that this isn’t always the case. We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt so long as the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in fully resalable condition.

If you would like to return or exchange your product(s) for another product(s) please contact us via email with your order number we will get back to you ASAP. However, please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment
  • We always advise recorded delivery via your local post office or courier. Please note Calm Mamas Club can not be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in the post
  • Please make sure you include a note in your parcel with your NAME, ADDRESS and ORDER NUMBER. Please note any returns without a name and address may not be able to be processed
  • If you have not received your refund after a week from receiving the email, please do email to chase this up

If you want to exchange your item for another, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive any faulty items, please contact us immediately via our email. We may ask you to send a photograph of the damage.

We will send you a replacement if available, otherwise a refund will be issued.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

SALE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on items bought in sale periods unless there is a manufacturers fault with the item. This does not affect your consumer rights.
