10 of zen provides mindfulness tools and training for mums. We aim to help mums to stress less and love more so that every member of our mama tribe is better equipped to thrive - particularly during these unprecedented and uncertain times.

Want to learn to meditate and stick with it? The zen squad is for you. You receive super affordable, real-time online coaching from me and become part of a community of calm-seeking mums. And you only need £5 per month and 15-mins per week!

The zen squad call into a live 10 of zen on a Sunday night (recorded for catch up if you miss it). Then we work on one micro-zen exercise together each week. You get year-round zen sessions helping you to:

- Slow down, let go and feel less distracted

- Be kinder to yourself and others

- Manage big emotions such as tiredness, anger and guilt

- Improve your relationships at home
