Nina Mitchell Psychotherapist
I am a psychotherapist working locally in Buckhurst Hill and am available on Skype and telephone for those who cannot travel at the moment. The current Coronavirus climate is exceptionally challenging and is causing increased anxiety levels and worry. Being able to discuss this and air your concerns right now is crucial for wellbeing. I work predominantly around anxiety and low mood but also have NHS training in bereavement and CBT and I am a trained mindfulness practitioner - therefore I can offer many different styles of help and support during these tough times.
