Nina Mitchell – Online Mindfulness Drop-In Sessions
New online mindfulness drop-in sessions - starting Saturday 30th May at 09:00am
Being isolated doesn't mean we're unable to connect and find a sense of balance and calm. Join me for this free fortnightly 45-minute mindfulness class from the convenience and comfort of your own space, allowing you to recharge and experience the benefits of mindful meditation. As we cannot connect in person, I hope that offering the sessions in this format will help to grow a community of likeminded mindfulness enthusiasts (or novices) where we can connect and find comfort in these uncertain and challenging times, feel free to drop in as little, or as often, as needed.
The drop-in sessions are designed to help consolidate and support your existing practise or simply for those who want tools to help stay grounded and experience the many benefits mindfulness has to offer.
The classes will be delivered via Zoom every other Saturday morning at 09:00am and will include guided practises and some group discussion.
