Who does yoga appeal to? Sporty people do yoga to develop performance in their game. Non sporty people like yoga because it’s a non-competitive way to keep active. Boys practise it to increase stamina, strength and confidence in relation to their body as it grows and changes. Girls enjoy relaxation and flexibility exercises which promote emotional and physical wellbeing. Students with Special Educational Needs enjoy and benefit from stretching and relaxation.
During our 45 minute classes, your baby will enjoy your undivided attention as you both explore early communication through music, singing, movement and signing. Over the ten week course you will learn over 80 signs and many songs to share with your LO in your daily interactions, ensuring you are communicating with baby in a way that will boost neurological growth, enhance emotional wellbeing for both of you and deepen your early bond.
The class includes a full body workout, including the important pelvic floor muscle building, body conditioning, Strength building, toning and weight loss exercises with your buggy and baby. A great way to meet other new mummys and get great tips. **YOU WOULD NEED TO HAVE HAD YOUR 8 WEEKS CHECK UP AT YOUR DOCTORS BEFORE JOINING** Classes are now on a THURSDAY morning at 10.30am, same location (next to the Playground/Wanstead library). FIRST 2020 CLASS WILL START ON THE THURSDAY 27th FEBRUARY. Please do share. If your interested contact me for more details! BuggiBootcamp@hotmail.com Sau

Baby Massage is an ancient practice that is fantastic for new mothers and fathers to connect physically, and emotionally with their babies. It also encourages the mental and physical development in infants. The techniques in this course are certified by Hands On Babies who are recognised by the Royal College of Midwives. Suitable from birth up until whenever your baby decides they would like to move on! One parent/carer per baby: everyone welcome! Including free baby massage oil, handouts with drinks & refreshments afterwards. Please contact Blithe Yoga to find out how to book the next course.
