Jessica Ferrari-Wells Nutrition and Health Coaching
I'm an experienced nutritionist specialising in women's health and mum to baby Oscar. I primarily work with mums to help them recover their health and vitality; supporting them in identifying and addressing any postnatal imbalances and nutrient depletions which are adversely impacting their energy, mood, hormone balance, fertility, resilience or general health.
I'm so passionate about supporting women during the challenging postnatal period; which is a time of such huge demand on our physical and mental wellbeing.
My approach is always gentle, supportive, encouraging and completely practical in the face of demanding and hectic parenting schedules!
I studied and trained in Nutritional Therapy at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition. I’m also a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), ensuring the highest standards of expertise and conduct in my clinical practice. Before training and working in this field, I studied Experimental Psychology at the University of Oxford and spent 10 years working in corporate law.
