Hello, I’m Jennifer, a qualified reflexologist and massage therapist, and a professional member of the AoR (Association of Reflexologists), and CtHa (Complementary Therapists Association).
I had my first experience of reflexology out in China, when I’d taken a group out to climb the Great Wall. I was amazed by how great I felt afterwards, and from there I became passionate about the benefits of complementary therapy. With this interest and a desire to help people, I decided to retrain and set up my practice in East London.
I tailor my treatments to the needs of individual clients, so they are always bespoke. My aim is to create a calm and welcoming space for you to relax and rebalance.

My name is Gemma and I’m on a mission to bring Yoga to ALL. Regardless of age, physicality, race, sex, emotional state, I feel that with the right setting and teaching, yoga can be beneficial to any mind body and soul. After experiencing a horrendous few years of anxiety and depression for a number of different reasons, yoga helped me to rediscover myself in so many different ways. I’d really like to make that available to anyone that needs it - without feeling intimidated by the fake yoga scene we see each and every day on socials. This is real yoga for real people! Exhale Birthing and Beyond
Offering a range of classes from weekly pregnancy yoga, to help ease the glamorous ailments and discomforts that come with growing a baby, to Hypnobirthing courses for pregnant women and their birthing partners, to postnatal, mum and baby yoga to take the time to bond with baby and focus on rebuilding core strength and ease out tension and common physical discomforts that come with being a new parent. Most importantly, Exhale Birthing and Beyond aims to provide support and a community for expectant parents to share both their pregnancy and parenthood journey with.
Nave Birth Services
Nave provides varying levels of support from movement to prepare & recover from birth, to one-off 'toolkit' sessions where we look at different forms birth can take, right the way up to labour support and attendance.
