It’s Lou’s mission to help mums learn how to nourish their body and mind ON and OFF the plate using the power of nutrition, self-care, healthy habits and lifestyle tools that will empower you to live your best life despite the overflowing nappy bins, toddler tears and tantrums!

Of course there will be plenty of delicious recipes and health and wellbeing tips along the way but perhaps most importantly of all Lou will help you find ways to create space in your hectic life for much needed self-care, mindfulness tools and ‘me-time’…together you will make a real difference to your health and wellbeing.

Power Hour – Latte with Lou! 1 hour 1-2-1 health & mindfulness coaching session. A bespoke session tailored around your health and wellbeing goals and needs. Now more than ever our health and wellbeing is vital. Ensuring we feel strong and nourished physically, mentally and emotionally is key. This coaching session is designed around micro-goals – small changes that make a BIG difference. Just 10 minutes a day is all you need to make a big step-change in your health, wellbeing and mindset and Lou will guide you step-by-step to achieve this. Lou will help you find space in your day for simple, effective nurtition, self-care and mindset makeover tools to support your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. In your power hour session:

- Lou works with you to assess your current lifestyle, concerns and goals to create tailored recommendations for your specific goals.
- You will receive practical nutrition, lifestyle and self-care knowledge, tools and practices that will move you towards reaching your personal goals.
- You will be given exercises to build healthy habits into your life to support your lifestyle and behaviour change
- …and of course there will be some delicious, nourishing recipes included too!
- The session will end with a wonderfully nurturing mindful meditation session.
