Hi I’m Hayley a busy Mum with 3 children.
My classes are a time to slow everything down, to calm the busy mind and to empower women of all ages and backgrounds.
With my pregnancy class I teach inner strength through breath work and mindfulness. A time to connect with yourself and also your gorgeous womb baby. A gentle flow where each move is specifically designed for pregnancy to improve flexibility and strength.
There are bundles of positive birth affirmations throughout and we always close on an extended relaxation/yoga nidra for pure bliss.

My name is Gemma and I’m on a mission to bring Yoga to ALL. Regardless of age, physicality, race, sex, emotional state, I feel that with the right setting and teaching, yoga can be beneficial to any mind body and soul. After experiencing a horrendous few years of anxiety and depression for a number of different reasons, yoga helped me to rediscover myself in so many different ways. I’d really like to make that available to anyone that needs it - without feeling intimidated by the fake yoga scene we see each and every day on socials. This is real yoga for real people! Offering a range of classes from weekly pregnancy yoga, to help ease the glamorous ailments and discomforts that come with growing a baby, to Hypnobirthing courses for pregnant women and their birthing partners, to postnatal, mum and baby yoga to take the time to bond with baby and focus on rebuilding core strength and ease out tension and common physical discomforts that come with being a new parent. Most importantly, Exhale Birthing and Beyond aims to provide support and a community for expectant parents to share both their pregnancy and parenthood journey with.
In the comfort of your home, or mine, should you prefer, I will guide you through a private Pregnancy Yoga practice. As this is a 1-2-1 practice, everything we move through can be tailored specifically to your needs and requirements on the day, perfect for supporting how you are feeling at that moment in your pregnancy, whilst also teaching you movement to help you through pregnancy and your labour. I will lead you through an extended Relaxation at the end of our Yoga practice and will incorporate visualisation and breath work that you can continue to practice alone or with your birth partner. We will talk through the main principles of Hypnobirthing and how you can harness these techniques to feel empowered throughout your pregnancy and the birth of your baby. Whilst not a full Hypnobirthing Course (available for small group bookings), the fundamentals that we will cover together will provide you with an excellent introduction to the practice and act as a very strong foundation for you to build on.
