Hi I’m Hayley a busy Mum with 3 children.
My classes are a time to slow everything down, to calm the busy mind and to empower women of all ages and backgrounds.
With my pregnancy class I teach inner strength through breath work and mindfulness. A time to connect with yourself and also your gorgeous womb baby. A gentle flow where each move is specifically designed for pregnancy to improve flexibility and strength.
There are bundles of positive birth affirmations throughout and we always close on an extended relaxation/yoga nidra for pure bliss.
