Holistic Core Restore(r) programmes are pelvic floor and core focussed, taking a whole-body approach to our pelvic floor health and overall wellbeing. Returning to exercise after having children or surgery, no matter how long ago, wanting to work out in a safe and effective way, we have these programmes:

The Every Woman Programme – the 6 – 12 week foundation programme, learning about our pelvic floor, functional exercise and movement for everyday life and exercise that can be done anywhere. You will have your own online portal with weekly homework and support from me.

From there on to Heat, a 6 week programme, where the emphasis is firing up the metabolism with a no jump pelvic floor friendly workout and then onto Athlete 12. 12 Weeks of upping the intensity, getting fitter, faster and stronger.

Release a 60 minute class to help you Relax, Release, Unwind. Re-align taking time just for you, to breathe, address any aches and pains using mobilisations, stretches and self-massage. Offered weekly via zoom.

You have the option of taking these programmes as a class, with a friend or one to one. All delivered via zoom.

Before we start you will complete a thorough pre-screen, and we will meet “virtually” to have a chat, so we know this is the perfect programme for you. You will be guided, supported and motivated throughout the programmes.

Personal training is available also, on a one to one basis, focussing on your health and fitness goals. Massage – unable to physically massage you at the moment, I can offer advice and technique to help with postural issues, general aches and pains and also any help needed if you have any abdominal scars – c-section, hysterectomy, laparoscopic etc.
