I teach Pre/Post Natal Pregnancy. Mum & baby yoga. Slow flow. Meditation & Yoga Nidra, and coming soon Fertility Yoga.
Classes are all virtual via Zoom.
The stress of every day life can be extremely overwhelming. Women in particular lack time for themselves, they are providers, givers, they work hard multi tasking making sure everyone around them is happy.
My yoga classes are designed to allow you to slow down, to connect inwards and release all “to do lists” and all responsibilities to take care of you!
